Aotearoa Lodge proved to be an excellent choice for our family getaway. Nestled in a serene location with quick access to Whitianga, its proximity to the beach and charming town made our explorations effortless. Our room welcomed us with impressive cleanliness and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The welcoming atmosphere extended to the staff, who were consistently helpful, making our experience more enjoyable. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and sitting area, ideal for self-catering. The picnic tables outside provided a delightful setting for al fresco dining-though we missed the opportunity due to the rain. Always eager to explore, we discovered nearby attractions like the Mercury Bay Golf & Country Club and the scenic boat trip to Cathedral Cove, which truly showcased the region's beauty. Our children cherished the board games available, fostering moments of family bonding that we treasure. With an internet kiosk for convenience and lovely outdoor spaces, Aotearoa Lodge balanced relaxation and activity seamlessly. We hope to return soon for another memorable experience.
